Kia Is The New Synonym Of Happiness For Luxury Car Owners

20 years ago, Kia might not be the top choice for most luxury car buyers. However, Kia has improved brand image and car quality massively during these years. In the recent study, the 19^th annual Vehicle Satisfaction Awards, it indicates that owners of Kia K900, a new luxury car model, have the highest satisfaction rate among all the luxury car owners.

The award list:

Most satisfying vehicle overall: Kia K900

Highest satisfaction premium brand: Tesla

Highest satisfaction popular brand: GMC

 

According to George Peterson, the president of AutoPacific, Korean car brands like Kia and Hyundai have been improving their satisfaction in reliability and quality as well as making huge efforts to enhance the car safety, styling and comfort. For example, the all-new 2015 Kia Sedona has just won the overall 5-star rating from NHTSA’s safety testing. A very appealing warranty program is one of the reasons that make Kia score high in the survey as well.

 

Besides the luxury car category, Kia has earned great reputation in the non-premium cars. Kia surpassed all other non-premium brands in J.D. Power and Associates’ latest survey of new-vehicle quality for the first time ever, while Japanese brands fell below the industry average — another first in the study’s 29-year history.
