We have new neighbors!

At Nutley Kia, we are not only interested in cars, but also in the well-being of our community. This is why we are so excited about our new neighbors! Already in progress in the Nutley and Clifton area is ON3, New Jersey’s Largest Redevelopment by Prism Capital Partners.This new development will span 116 acres of state-of-the-art lab, research and office space as well as residential and community spaces.

This development project is sure to generate millions of dollars in tax revenue in Nutley and Clifton, as well as attract quality industries that will bring back jobs and competitive salaries to the area.

There are currently 4 tenants already signed on for residing at ON3: Seton Hall-Hacksensack Meridian Graduate School of Medicine, Modern Meadow, Ralph Lauren and Quest Diagnostics.

Seton Hall-Hackensack Meridian Graduate School of Medicine

This graduate school is the first private medical school built in New Jersey in a long time. This new health and medical science campus will be 16 acres consisting of 2 state-of-the-art buildings at the former Hoffman-La Roche site. Seton Hall’s College of Nursing and School of Health and Medical Science will also be on this site, which is set to open this year.

 

Modern Meadow

Modern Meadow creates sustainable manufacturing with the use of design, biology and engineering. They create high-performing, biological materials like leather. They actually grow leather and other natural materials with the use of collagen and living cells instead of animals. They will be relocating their headquarters to 111 Ideation Way in Nutley, set to be completed by the end of 2019.

 

Ralph Lauren

The company will occupy one full building at 100 Metro. The building will be completely renovated, including a new lobby and entryway, along with an outside courtyard with communal areas for socializing and business meetings. A new parking structure will also be built for this building and future tenants of the adjoining 15 story 200 Metro Blvd tower.

 

Quest Diagnostics

This company specializes in diagnostics information and will build a two story combination lab and office building in Clifton, as well as a 5-story garage. The building will be located on 12.4 acres at 1153 Bloomfield Ave. Quest will relocate more than 700 jobs to New Jersey and open up 300 more job opportunities at this location.

 

We are sure this new development will bring many opportunities and jobs into the Nutley area and are very excited to meet our new neighbors!
