Meet Cintia, A Kearny Resident Who Loves Nutley

Cintia is Nutley Kia’s Business Development Manager who helps customers throughout their car buying process and is dedicated to providing the best customer services. If you are following our Facebook page, she’s also the one sharing great content and useful tips on it. As a Kearny resident, she loves and enjoy working at Nutley. We have a brief interview with Cintia and you should read through it.

Hey Cintia, please tell us a little bit about yourself!

My name is Cintia Salvador and I am the Business Development Manager here at Nutley Kia. I am originally from Portugal and moved to the USA in 2004. I went to Kearny High School and I’m still today a Kearny resident. I have two children, a 9 years-old boy, and a 1-year-old girl, which means I have another full-time job other than the one I perform at Nutley Kia. I love it though and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I love the fact that I have the opportunity to live and work locally because I feel that our community has immense potential .

Can you tell us more about your role in Nutley Kia?

I first started working at Nutley Kia back in June 2013. I was originally hired as Business Development Representative. I was given the responsibility to contact customers in our database and help them throughout their automotive buying process. I then got promoted to Business Development Manager and became responsible for the department and monitoring our progress. I run reports and evaluate our vendors and their performance. I am also responsible for making sure that everything on our website pages and social media is current and stays up to date. I come in every day looking to improve the department’s performance as well as the customers experience here at Nutley Kia.

What’s your favorite Kia? Why?

I personally consider the Kia Rio 5 Door my favorite Kia. My First ia was a 2013 Kia Rio Hatchback and I loved it! It was absolutely great when it came to fuel efficiency and so reliable. Parking was never an issue! That vehicle could basically fit in any parking spot, it was the best! I guess for someone that has to park on the street every day I would definitely suggest considering a Rio. I drove it for 3 years and would’ve gotten another Rio if it wasn’t for the fact that now I have to fit two car seats in the back seat or else I would still be a proud Kia Rio driver!

How do you like Nutley Kia? Reasons?

I  absolutely love Nutley Kia. Nutley Kia/ James Russomano has allowed me to grow professionally and I have learned a lot from working here. Nutley Kia is not like any other car dealership I’ve ever seen. We are different here. We treat our customers as part of the family. There are very few places like this left. It’s a family owned business where the owners come to work with us every day and where everyone helps customers achieve their goals while providing them with the best customer service experience possible. I’ve had customers come back to me and remember my name after they did business with us years ago and  that to me is priceless.

What does Nutley mean to you? Do you involve in any community activities?

Nutley has become a second hometown to me. I’ve always lived and worked in Kearny and when I started working at Nutley Kia I was very impressed with a number of great restaurants, businesses and other organizations that Nutley has to offer. Not to mention the beautiful parks and all the great community activities that the town offers the public. I am very happy and honored to have been part of so many community events and being able to represent Nutley Kia in Parades and other activities. Now I find myself driving to Nutley even on my days off to eat at some of the restaurants.
