Return Policy

Sales and Service – Nutley Kia does not accept returns for vehicle purchases or service related work. We have high expectation on ourselves to deliver a high level of service and to meet our customer’s needs. If any clients are not happy with our service, Jim, the owner, would be more than happy to help.

Parts – Parts are returnable as long as they are unused and a receipt is provided upon return.

 

Aftersales Services

Vehicle Extended Warranties – Provides specific coverage for mechanical failure for both parts and labor for a certain time or mileage. Backed by a company with a AAA rating and are fully transferable. The best way to protect your investment and reduce financial uncertainty for the future.

Simonize – A chemical application applied your paint surface that bonds to your paint and provides coverage against fading, acid rain, road salt/winter damage, and keeps your paint protected.

ID/Theft – Traceable id numbers placed on your vehicle to provide protection against theft and financial compensation if stolen.

Theft – Provides insurance against costs not covered by vehicle insurance carriers including the potential to recover down payments made at the time of vehicle purchase
