CrossFit Nutley Coaches Share Their Passion for Health & Fitness with the Community

My husband, Jason, and I are Nutley residents dedicated to sharing our passion for health and fitness with the community. We believe that a sound strength and conditioning program, along with a healthy nutrition plan, are the keys to a long and rewarding life. Since opening CrossFit Nutley – Superhero Laboratory in June 2013, it has been our mission to inspire others to make maintaining a healthy lifestyle a priority in their lives.

As coaches at CrossFit Nutley, Jason and I believe that fitness should be challenging, rewarding, and fun. Regardless of someone’s age or fitness level, our functional, high-intensity programming is designed to prepare our members for anything and everything life might throw their way. So whether someone is a seasoned athlete or fitness newcomer looking to take his or her first steps on the journey to better health, our CrossFit Nutley team will help them attain their fitness goals.

By the end of each workout, our members all feel like superheroes in the sense that they just accomplished something great for themselves!

Here’s a success story from one our members, Julie, a Nutley resident and high school math teacher. Julie has recently completed her 500^th class at CrossFit Nutley, and to get a sense of the progress she has made, Julie decided to repeat the very first workout she did after joining CrossFit Nutley two years ago. After completing it, Julie proudly told me that she was able to complete her workout with lifting over double the weight on her barbell than when she started!
