For a truly tranquil trip, Nutley Auto Kia’s owner Jim Russomano recommends driving down to Spring Lake Beach. The pristine sands and non-commercial boardwalk make for a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. In addition to the beach itself, Spring Lake is a beautiful town filled with stunning homes, a variety of shops, restaurants and hotels. Want to be one with nature? Go fishing or take a walk on the boardwalk. Spring Lake is the perfect destination for those looking for an upscale getaway to the beach!

Point Pleasant Beach

If you’re looking for a more family friendly beach with a variety of activities, Point Pleasant Beach is the haven you are looking for. The beach is both safe and sunny, and has plenty of room for your extended family too. But the seaside activities have to be the highlight of the whole trip.With a playground, ropes course, amusement park, boardwalk and aquarium you don’t have to worry about keeping everyone entertained.

Also, a fun fact about this beach is that our very own Jim Russomano was a lifeguard there when he was a teenager!

A Day With Your Best Friend

Island Beach State Park

Have the day to yourself? Why not take a drive to Island Beach State Park! This beach is not only pet friendly, but also wildlife friendly. The shoreline is about 10 miles long and is home to foxes, ospreys, hundreds of species of plants and lots of other wildlife. Take your dog for a walk to Barnegart Lighthouse and truly get back to nature.

Grab your friends and some tunes and drive down to Belmar Beach. In the past few years the town has been making an effort to add attractions that would appeal to a younger demographic, and they’ve certainly succeeded! With live performances, D’Jais Bar and Grill, the tap room at Beach Haus and Boathouse Bar and Grill on Main Street there are plenty of sports to dance, grab a drink and hang out with friends!
