Denis Ark, Bringing Enlightenment & Health to the Nutley Community

Recently we took some time to get to know lifelong Nutley resident, Denis Ark and his successful local business Invincible Ark Fitness. Here’s what we learned about this dedicated Nutley, NJ community member.

1. Can you briefly tell us who you are, where you are from and what you do?

I am a martial artist, fitness trainer, and strength & conditioning coach that currently resides in Nutley NJ. I have traveled all over the world networking and spent time in the orient studying to better myself. I have dedicated my life to the study and promotion of Kung Fu, fitness, and health & wellness.

2. What inspired you to start your own business and why in this field specifically?

I worked in a mundane environment for a very long time that did not fulfill my desires, and so I decided to do something that I have a passion for. I have since devoted my life to serving others by helping by helping them change their lives for the better in every aspect.

3. What are your goals for Invincible Ark Fitness?

My goal is to expand my brand of health and wellness and bring an awareness to the world of the benefits of Kung Fu, fitness, and health & wellness.

4. How long have you lived in North Jersey?

I have lived in North Jersey all of my life. 38 years!

5. How do you like Nutley and how do you like owning a business in here?

I love Nutley, I grew up here. My earliest memories are from Yantacaw Park as a child. I love owning a business here. The people of Nutley are wonderful and owning a business here has been such a wonderful experience. I love it!!

6. How involved are you with the local community? Do you attend events often?

I currently donate to most of the local charities in the area including the Nutley P.B.A., however due to the demanding nature of the business, I am unable to attend as many events as I would like. Every so often I am able to make public appearances in Nutley, which I am grateful for and proud to be apart of.
